01About

Quality engineering, not just quality assurance.

Most QA work starts when the code is written. Mine starts when the requirement is. For six years I've built and owned quality processes for web and mobile products — analyzing requirements, writing acceptance criteria, and shifting validation early enough that issues never compound into release blockers.

I work across the whole lifecycle: risk analysis and test strategy at the start, API and backend testing in the middle, automation and release gates at the end, production feedback after launch. Increasingly that includes AI-assisted QA — removing repetitive work so engineers spend time on reasoning and risk.

Quality strategyRisk-based testing, requirements analysis, acceptance criteria, release readiness and QA process design.
AutomationTypeScript, Playwright, API automation, test architecture and CI/CD.
Product qualityWorking with Product, Design and Engineering to find risks before they become production problems.

06AI QA Lab

Experiments in AI-native quality engineering.

Workflows where AI handles the repetitive parts of QA — test generation, test data, failure analysis, reporting — so engineers spend their time on reasoning, risk analysis and product quality.

Test generation AI generates test cases from requirements, acceptance criteria and existing coverage — reducing manual test writing.
Test data Synthetic data generation for complex scenarios — edge cases, boundary values, state combinations — without manual setup.
Failure analysis AI-assisted root cause analysis from logs, screenshots and test results — faster triage, fewer false positives.
Reporting Automated test summaries, coverage reports and release readiness assessments — less time on documentation, more on quality.

Ongoing experiments, not finished products — the direction is AI removing repetitive QA work, not replacing QA judgment.

10Recommendations

What people I've worked with say.

From LinkedIn recommendations.

I had the opportunity to work closely with Yaroslav as he grew from a strong QA Engineer into a confident Delivery Manager. Yaroslav stands out for his strong sense of ownership and care for the end result. He thinks beyond QA, naturally takes responsibility for delivery, aligns people, and keeps things moving even in complex situations. Calm, reliable, and results-driven — someone you can truly trust with both product quality and delivery.

Delivery & Product Operations Leader · managed Yaroslav directly · Jan 2026

I worked with Yaroslav as a Tech Lead while he was acting as a Delivery Manager, and he was a strong partner for the engineering team. He consistently ensured clear scope, priorities, and expectations before work reached development, which reduced friction and allowed engineers to stay focused on execution. Yaroslav communicated effectively with stakeholders, balanced business needs with technical realities, and took real ownership of delivery outcomes. He fostered a calm, focused working environment and earned the trust of both engineers and clients. I would gladly work with Yaroslav again and confidently recommend him for a Manager role.
